As per the Council Procedure Bylaw No. 712, 2011, the Council may allow an individual or a delegation to address Council at a meeting provided written application has been received by the Corporate Officer by 4:00 pm local time on the fifth business day prior to the day of the meeting.  For more information, or to submit the delegation application, please contact the District Office at 250.865.4000 or email: info@elkford.ca.
