For District of Elkford Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 897, 2024
Pursuant to Section 466 of the Local Government Act R.S.B.C. 2015, Chapter 1, notice is hereby given that council for the District of Elkford has scheduled a public hearing to hear representations of all persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by proposed District of Elkford Zoning Bylaw No. 737, 2013, Amendment Bylaw No. 897, 2024.

General Purpose:
To permit the property to have a maximum of 5 un-serviced recreational vehicle campground spaces.
This is a site-specific amendment to the A-1 zone that will only affect this property.
The proposed bylaw amendment may be inspected between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays), from January 26 to February 12, 2024 at the District of Elkford Office, 744 Fording Drive, Elkford, B.C., or by request by emailing info@elkford.ca.
Members of the public may attend the public hearing in person or online by emailing info@elkford.ca. If unable to attend the public hearing, persons may submit written comments to P.O. Box 340, Elkford, B.C., V0B 1H0, by email to info@elkford.ca or in person at the District Office at 744 Fording Drive, by no later than 4:30 p.m. on February 12, 2024. All submissions will form part of the record of the public hearing.
