DISTRICT OF ELKFORD PUBLIC NOTICE:
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON JUNE 26, 2023, AT 5 P.M.
Pursuant to Section 99 of the Community Charter, the District of Elkford will hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting at 5 p.m. on Monday, June 26, 2023, in Council Chambers, located at 744 Fording Drive, Elkford B.C., to receive submissions and inquiries from the public respecting the 2022 Annual Municipal Report.
The Annual Municipal Report will be available for public inspection by 8 a.m. on June 12, 2023, at the Municipal Office, during regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and online at www.elkford.ca. Hard copies will be available upon request at no charge.

Anyone wishing to provide their comments to council, but is unavailable to attend the meeting on June 26, 2023, is encouraged to submit their comments, in writing, by any of the following methods:
