NOTICE OF TEMPORARY USE PERMIT APPLICATION
For Council Consideration on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 6 p.m.
Pursuant to Section 494 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that council for the District of Elkford will consider Temporary Use Permit No. 2024-01 at the meeting to be held in person and virtually on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 6 p.m. at Council Chambers, 744 Fording Drive, Elkford, B.C.

The permit is available for viewing at the District Office by request. Further information may be obtained by contacting the District of Elkford at 250.865.4000, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays).
